David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience. Specialising in forms of contract, procurement advice, feasibility studies, value engineering and cost management for educational, social housing and commercial Clients.

He has a developed a detailed working knowledge of all forms of contract, including all NEC forms. He also has expertise in providing Project Management and Contract Administration services.

David is also a recognised CDM Coordinator and is a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety, overseeing numerous complex schemes in this role.
