| The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 focus attention on the planning and management of construction projects and are intended to reduce risks to those who build, use and maintain buildings. They are enforced by the Health and Safety Executive.
Under the CDM Regulations, a Client is an organisation or individual for whom a construction project is carried out for business or other undertakings. It does not include private domestic Clients.
We assist and advise our Clients on how to fulfil their duties under the CDM Regulations, in respect of all construction health and safety risk management matters. We ensure all designers and contractors are competent and work as a team to make the building process safer for all. Through early appointment we make a significant and positive impact on all projects undertaken.
Our CDM Coordinators are all Registered Members of the Association of Project Safety and are Chartered Surveyors, with extensive experience in a wide variety of project delivery, from multiple domestic refurbishments through major complex new builds to city centre demolitions. Our service will meet your needs and fulfil the requirements of the Regulations.
